This will be a 3-6 month, remote engagement starting ASAP.
The Role Design, develop and implement solutions to offer to the client to modernise and update current IT infrastructure Migration from on premise to the cloud Implement delivery optimisation and improve scalability Manage all phases of endpoint device management, transitioning from Traditional Active Directory to Hybrid AD+Entra ID, and ultimately to Cloud Native Entra ID.
Define and implement Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM), including Intune Device Compliance integration with Conditional Access.
Configure and deploy the Entra ID Authentication Stack, including SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments (engineering, operation, IT, support, billing…) Lead support escalation process with software manufacturers.
Your Experience Over 4 years experience with IT Support, focused on Active Directory and on premise to cloud transformations Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure Cloud Endpoint device management with Active Directory Proficient with Intune, Entra ID and Defender Experience with Automation, Scripting, Windows Server and Microsoft Degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, IT or engineering If you are interested in the above role, please apply with your latest CV.
