IT Support Seniority.
Mid (3-5 years) Type of position.
Hybrid from Lisbon.
The candidates must be in Portugal.
The amazing you, will have.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar; - +3 years of experience as a L2 Support Experience with Linux, ITIL, SQL, Service Now; - Analytical and problem-solving skills; - Excellent communication skills; - Fluent in English and Portuguese; - Being already in Lisbon- available for a hybrid model.
