Your New Role As an ITSpecialist, you will support the business as the first line of contact.
Youwill manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring efficientand secure operations.
You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to findsustainable solutions to connect our IT systems, perform root cause analysis,and find solutions with the support of strong IT colleagues.
Responsibilities NetworkAdministration.
-Manage VLANs and configure switches.
-Administer firewall policies to ensure network security.
ServerAdministration.
-Install, configure, and maintain servers.
-Manage VMware environments.
IntranetAdministration.
- Provide suggestions and validate documents.
-Handle customer urgencies and requests.
-Manage 5S labels and new layouts on the intranet.
ProblemResolution.
- Resolve SILVER issues autonomously.
-Follow up on SILVER tickets in HCG.
-Address local network vulnerabilities indicated by the Cybersecurity cell.
HelpdeskManagement.
-Administer helpdesk (GLPi) and manage user access.
-Handle hardware purchases.
-Perform data backups and restore virtual machines.
Qualifications Proficiency in English andbasic knowledge of French.
Experience in networkadministration, including VLAN management and switch configuration.
Experience in managingFirewall policies.
Proficiency in serveradministration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Experience with VMwan management.
Experience on helpdeskadministration (GLPi).
Strong problem-solvingskills and ability to work independently.
Good communication skillsand ability to work in a team.
