Are you one of them? Join us! Your mission will be… We are looking for an an IT Service Architect for the Windows Client Service.
The Windows Client Service is the foundation service that establishes the standard operating system and client environment for all applications and working essential services to run on.
The service utilizes modern client management technologies primarily InTune with Company Portal and Entra ID.
Design, and consult integration of services for the client OSe.

Company Portal, InTune management, Office365, CoPilot, Windows Store for Business Analyze and test implementation of Siemens cybersecurity policy updates for the client OS Consult in the use of Digital Experience Management technolgoies such as NextThink Acts as “Product Owner Proxy” if required Consult and create the Product Vision, strategy together with the Service team Improve service design in line with strategic pillars keeping end customer satisfaction as priority objective Manage requirements and expectations of all stakeholders incorporating an Entrepreneur mindset Support the wider Service Architecture and Service Management Teams in customer engagements to ensure relevant services can be delivered Ensure operational excellence by balancing customer satisfaction, service availability and employee engagement Drive automation excellence and actively design, promote and support implementation of automation technologies to improve the serivce.
Focus on delivering ongoing business value to the customers of the service We are looking for someone with… Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields > 5 years of IT Infrastructure market experience with focus in the areas of InTune, Windows, Company Portal, Autopilot and Configuration Manager and Windows Store for Business Additional knowledge of Copilot, Microsoft 365, Windows Defender, Entra ID is a plus Working knowledge and experience in IT Portfolio / IT Provider Management Strong Knowledge and experiece in ITIL Strong presentation and communication skills Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to demonstrate commitment to develop, drive and manage services in a complex environment Excellent written and verbal communications skills, having a high English Language Domain/Fluency (Speaking, Reading & Writing), excellent ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of Stakeholders Experience in working with global virtual teams ITIL/ PMP / Agile certifications are a plus What you can expect from us… A hybrid and flexible working model to promote a better work-life balance, along with a budget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work.
