Neste momento, estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa com um/a IT Logistics Support Technician, para alocar ao nosso cliente.
O que vais fazer.
- Suporte técnico e funcional a centros logísticos; - Manutenção e suporte aos sistemas centrais que suportam a operação logística; - Gestão de produtos de IT, de forma a assegurar a integração de dados entre sistemas; - Apoio na evolução e manutenção técnica de ferramentas específicas de distribuição e separação de produtos para abastecimento das lojas.
Aquilo que esperamos de ti.
- Background académico na área das Tecnologias de Informação; - Experiência em sistemas de Informação/HelpDesk/Suporte Técnico; - Conhecimentos de Sistemas Operativos Microsoft e Excel; - Conhecimentos em PL/SQL (plus); - Conhecimentos de Inglês (plus); - Disponibilidade para trabalho em regime de turnos 24/7; - Proatividade, dinamismo e boa capacidade de comunicação; - Capaz de colaborar e trabalhar bem em ambiente de equipa; - Orientação para resultados.
