Your mission, roles and responsibilities * Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks * Providing technical support across the company * Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests * User enrollment/disenrollment and access control.
* IT and electronics equipment management * inventory & repair & maintenance * Support in setup Automotive prototypes * May require occasional lifting of equipment and components Your profile and competencies to succeed Must have.
* Good spoken and written English.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and some organizational skills * Good communication skills, both verbal and written * Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Nice to have.
* Prior experience working in IT support.
* Prior experience working in an electronics lab environment.
* Basic understanding of electronic components and circuitry * Familiarity with soldering and wiring techniques * Any IT or electronics certifications or technical degrees * Familiarity with Android, web technologies, APIs * Programming skills * Stay informed about industry trends * Be curious and eager to learn.
