Integrado/a numa equipa dinâmica e multifacetada que tem como missão dar o devido suporte no pós-venda, as tuas funções focar-se-ão essencialmente na assistência e apoio técnico aos clientes, respondendo a pedidos de informação e suporte técnico aos nossos produtos.
Terás como responsabilidades.
Atender e resolver dúvidas e problemas dos clientes, via telefone, e-mail e chat; Utilizar sistemas de CRM para registar e acompanhar interações com clientes; Usar ferramentas tecnológicas para melhorar o atendimento ao cliente e garantir a sua satisfação; Fornecer documentação técnica clara aos clientes, garantindo que compreendem as soluções apresentadas; Contribuir para um ambiente de trabalho positivo e colaborativo.
