IT CONTRACTS SPECIALIST

The DGU Licensing Mngm is looking to recruit an IT Contracts Specialist.

What you will do.
Preparing negotiation processes, gathering the needs of the EDP Group's different areas and geographies and interacting with the EDP Group's Procurement unit; Registering and filing all contractual documents, being responsible for signing the contract; Monitoring contractual execution (financial and operational), including service levels, identifying deviations and proposing corrective measures in line with EDP's business units and other DGU teams; Manage and optimize the use of licenses in line with the needs of the business units; Drawing up and proposing the budget and business plan for the contracts managed; Developing partnership relations with suppliers, seeking the best value offer in the medium/long term; Understand the needs of the EDP Group's different business units, both current and future.

Lisbon or Porto   What are we looking for.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management/Economics, Science, Law, IT or another area relevant to the position; Up to 2 years' professional experience - experience in contract/supplier management and IT are valued; Ability to interact with other areas, suppliers, etc; Ability to work in a team, be proactive, communicate efficiently and flexibly to resolve incidents quickly; Good knowledge of English.
