INTERN - SUPPLY, OPERATIONS AND AUTHORIZATIONS

We're looking for a motivated and driven Intern - Supply, Operations and Authorizations who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
This position is based in our Lisbon office.
Your Tasks - Paint the world green * Support in administrative tasks, namely complaints management and request from authorities * Business support, with marketing analysis of current and possible new routes and relations (ex.
Comparing with competition, checking prices and capacity vs.
other players) * Operations support with documentation, quality case analysis, global communication with BPs, punctuality analysis * Bus Station analysis, reviewing systems for better localization, calling bus station managers for invoicing management or troubleshooting * Hands-on support on Lisboa bus station (internet deployment, audits, bringing documentation from /to supervisors) Your Profile - Ready to hop on board * You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Law or any similar study.

* You are available to start a full-time internship in March * You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills * You have strong document preparation skills, attention to detail and ability to use multiple tools to create reports, documents and present research * You are skilled in Excel and in preparing documents * You are proactive, have a self-starter attitude, with a dedicated, team-oriented mindset * You are very fluent in Portuguese and English Our Perks - More than just a job * You have an impact.
