The primary responsibility will be handling customer inquiries over the phone.
Key Responsibilities.
- Responding to customer inquiries about policy details and coverage - Providing accurate and timely information to customers - Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Full time 40 hrs a week needed Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Excellent communication skills - Basic understanding of insurance policies - Patience and ability to handle customer queries - Experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory) This position is perfect for someone looking to start their career in customer service and insurance.
Training will be provided to familiarize you with our policies and procedures.
