Dans le cadre de notre développement nous recrutons un « Ingénieur Service Client » H/F basé à Bordeaux.
L’ingénieur service client est responsable de la maintenance des équipements médicaux proposés par Boston Scientific.
Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Européenne, vous apporterez votre support sur les produits « Capitals Equipment » de la division Urologie.
Missions principales .
Effectuer les installations, le dépannage, la maintenance préventive et corrective, les réparations et les mises à jour Fournir un support technique de haut niveau aux clients externes sur site Fournir une formation sur place aux clients Développer une documentation technique, si besoin Traiter en temps voulu les appels sur le terrain et les problèmes découlant des visites Communiquer avec le client pour assurer la satisfaction et mettre en œuvre les mesures correctives nécessaires Être l’interlocuteur privilégié entre les équipes R&D, multifonctionnelles, Marketing et Production pour soutenir le développement de nouveaux produits Profil .
Issu(e) d’une formation technique ou scientifique Minimum 5 années d’expérience dans une fonction similaire Expérience obligatoire dans les dispositifs médicaux Anglais courant obligatoire Autonome, capable de travailler en équipe Excellentes capacités de communication Orienté(e) service avec une approche d’amélioration continue Requisition ID.
