Main Tasks and Responsibilities.
* Responsible to maintain, guarantee and improve the current service provided by the transversal applications; * Identifying root causes, suggest and implement improvements on the current processes; * Installation, administration, documentation, support and troubleshooting of applications; Requirements.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field; * Minimum 5 years of experience in support; * Experience in Systems Administration (Windows and Linux Servers); * Experience in MS SQL Server, Oracle and Postgres administration; * Knowledge in programming languages.
Powershell, Python and/ or Perl; * Knowledge in Dynatrace; * Organizational and communication skills; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Good English level (mandatory).
