- Manage inbound customer calls in a professional manner - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively - Promote customer retention through high-quality service Requirements.
- Fluent in Turkish, with excellent verbal communication skills - Mid-level experience in customer service, with a preference for the betting industry - Ability to work from home for 8 hours a day, with one day off per week - Motivated and driven, as compensation includes a deposit bonus + salary Ideal Skills.
