* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar; * Strong experience in support areas; * Knowledge of IAM solutions for Workforce, B2B, B2C; * Advanced experience of EntraID (and its services) * Advanced experience in Active Directory (on prem and its services) * Advanced knowledge of Certificate Authority * Knowledge of Key Management Solutions (HashiCorp Vault preferred) * Experience with IdP migrations (preferably Oracle IAM and Microsoft EntraID) * Experience with PAM solutions (preferably IBM Delinea) * Experience of integrating SPs with IdPs (OIDC, SAML, Oauth, etc.) * Organizational and communication skills; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Good English level.
