The ideal candidate will play an important role in providing efficient and highquality technical support addressing user needs and ensuring smooth resolution of hardware and software issues.
Main Responsibilities.
Resolution of IT incidents and requests either onsite or remotely when applicable.
Updating tickets with detailed information on actions taken and findings.
Keeping records up to date for the equipment serviced.
Ability to work independently in stressful environments occasionally without immediate support.
Installation troubleshooting and resolution of printing issues.
Qualifications.
MS Windows MacOS HW and Printing Basic knowledge of computer networks Preference for ITIL knowledge or certification Good English skills.

AM to 8.
PM Valid Drivers License in Portugal Location.
Lisbon Remote Work.
