About the Job As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be the key to delivering exceptional, personalized hospitality experiences for our guests.
Your primary responsibility will be to greet arriving guests warmly, emphasizing our commitment to personalized service, and escort them to their rooms while providing information about hotel facilities.
You will also manage the creation and distribution of guest letters, cards, invitations, and special gifts, ensuring every guest feels valued and well cared for.
In collaboration with the Reception, Housekeeping, and F&B departments, you will handle VIP amenities and special requests, ensuring every detail is met to exceed guest expectations.
You will monitor guest satisfaction closely, collecting valuable feedback and distributing internal questionnaires upon departure, to continually improve the guest experience and maintain the highest levels of service.

Requirements/ You will be a great fit if you have.
● Relevant working experience in Front Office ● Minimum B2 level of English ● Computer literacy ● Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be a plus ● Good command of a second language (German, French, Russian) would be a plus ● Flexibility to work in shifts ● Friendly and passionate personality, capable ofseeing value in everyone and everything ● Strong communicative, interpersonal, managerial & problem-solving skills 5.
