Do you speak fluent German and English and have strong customer orientation? Are you ambitious and looking for a new challenge? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you We are currently looking for a German Customer Support Agent to join the team of a multinational company.
Porto (Marquês) Your mission.
- Providing a single point of contact for users; - Handling routine and non-routine incidents, problems and requests; - Giving first-line support in the event of incidents.
What you need to embark on this mission.
- Native/Fluent in German and English skills (at least C1 level); - Problem Solving.
takes ownership for listening to and understanding basic customer problems, asking relevant questions to resolve typically known problems within required timescales.
Knows when problems are beyond them and escalates so they can be resolved; - Service Level.
escalates issues as necessary to deliver required service level and meet or exceed customer expectation/SLAs.
Monitors performance through statistical reporting and analysis; - Team Working.
acts as a team player and is viewed by colleagues as a helpful and effective member of the team.
What awaits you.
- 1 year direct contract with the client, with the possibility of renewal; - Monthly and quarterly attractive bonuses alligned with performance and attendance; - Hybrid working model after the first 3 months (1 week at the office, 1 week homeoffice); - Weekly rotative shifts from Monday to Saturday, 8h to 19h (8h shifts); - Integration into a dynamic and motivated team; - Stimulating and challenging work environment.
