- Native Spanish + English (B2+/C1) - Availability to work at night - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - EU member state passport, a valid residence card in Portugal or an Expression of Interest Work Schedule.
- 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week - Rotational shifts, including public holidays and weekends (extra pay is applicable) - Specific schedule.

Assist customers with inquiries related to hotel reservations.
Provide support via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).

Compensation Package.
- Base Salary.
€825/month (paid over 14 months).
- Performance Bonus.
€100/month (paid 12 times per year, applicable only while working on this project and based on effective work attendance).
