This includes an integrated inventory management system and assistance with custom packaging.
Key Responsibilities.
- Oversee fulfilment delivery from China to Vietnam - Package and repackage items as necessary - Implement and manage an integrated inventory management system - Custom label and gift wrap items for delivery - Handle all necessary import/export documentation for customs clearance.
- Coordinate with suppliers in China for order fulfilment and shipment schedules.
- Address and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Previous experience in logistics and fulfilment - Experience with beauty products preferred - Exceptional attention to detail - Excellent organisational skills - Proficient with inventory management systems - Able to handle custom packaging and gift wrapping.
The anticipated volume of products to be delivered is low, ensuring careful and detailed handling.
The project is expected to be completed within 1 week.
