FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST – LISBON

Handle telephone calls and route them appropriately. Respond to emails and other forms of communication. Maintaining the calendar of meetings and conference rooms. Helping with administrative tasks, such as archiving and digitizing documents. Coordinating the incoming and outgoing mail and parcels. Carry out external services whenever necessary. Handling accommodation and travel bookings. Keeping the reception area clean and organized. Ensure the maintenance of the office. Supporting the organization of events and meetings. Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficiency. What do we consider to be essential, for you to be successful in this role This experience level: At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in similar administrative roles. Hard Skills: Completed Secondary Education; a technical course or higher education in related fields is a plus. Previous experience as a receptionist or in administrative roles. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience handling reservations for accommodations and travel. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese. Soft Skills: Customer driven. Aptitude in communicating and a good interpersonal relationship skill set. Capacity and Talent for resources management (time, human and material). Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. Sense of responsibility and autonomy. Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
