Vous serez également responsable de la gestion administrative des contrats et des prestations de santé des assurés.
Profil Vous parlez couramment français et anglais, car vous travaillerez avec des clients francophones; Vous êtes passionné par le service client; Une expérience préalable dans le secteur de l'assurance est un atout.
Détails Contrat direct avec le client Formation continue Salaire mensuel de base.
multiplié par 14 mois Indemnité repas.
net 8 par jour travaillé Indemnité de transport.
35 par mois Prime annuelle basée sur les résultats récurrents jusqu'à 150 + prime trimestrielle d'équipe jusqu'à 180 Possibilité de mobilité interne (selon les critères d'éligibilité) Assurance santé/vie gratuite pour la famille dès le premier jour Horaires.
40 heures par semaine, du lundi au dimanche (un week-end travaillé tous les deux mois, après 4 mois de présence), avec des rotations de 8hh00 / 9hhhh00; Samedi et dimanche.
majoration de 50 %, jours fériés.
majoration de jour de repos; Les employés conservent 2 jours consécutifs de repos lorsqu'ils travaillent le week-end Télétravail.
possibilité de travailler à distance après 6 mois d'ancienneté, 2 jours par semaine (jusqu'à 3 jours pour les femmes enceintes ou les personnes ayant un enfant de moins de 8 ans) Travail au bureau.
