Hybrid (Combination of Remote and Onsite) Type of Contract.

830 EUR per 14 months Allowances.

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative fluent in French to join our dynamic team in Braga.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients handling inquiries and providing exceptional support across various digital advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities.
Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.
ist clients with troubleing and technical support related to digital advertising campaigns.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering highquality service and maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude.
Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records and doent customer interactions.
Requirements.
Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
Excellent communication ss and customeroriented approach.
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problemsolving ss and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications.
Experience in digital advertising or familiarity with online marketing platforms is a plus.
Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
