French Speaking Customer Support - Console Gaming Lisbon, Portugal Compensation.
* Gross Salary.
* EUR per month with free accommodation (own room in a shared house/apartment).
* EUR per month if accommodation is not required.
Overview Become a member of the Support team and support the company in supporting customers.

Part of your daily activities will be.
* Customer advice by telephone, email and chat; * Professional technical support service to Consoles, Account Management Issues; * Help customers with payment issues; * Support for using PlayStation products, installing and synchronizing software and devices; * Effective assistance and advice when purchasing the products; * Please note that good French and English, both oral and written, are a prerequisite for this position.
Candidates must either have an EU passport OR a Portuguese Residence Card.
* Please note Relocation to Lisbon is essential as this is an Office based role and b2 english is required
