Resolve possible customer queries, recommend solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities as per standard procedure, and also be the ambassador for our brands and products.
A Day in the life of...
Respond to customer queries phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way Provide and clarify information to the clients regarding the nutrition of the goods for animals Offer counselling and suggestions of positive alterations in nutrition, dietary restrictions, pet behaviors and any health issue of the consumers’ pets Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved What will make you successful Fluent Written and Spoken in French Intermediate Written and Spoken Knowledge on English Bachelor’s degree on Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food science, or similar 1 year+ Experience as a Veterinary technician or Veterinary Assistant or Customer Relations Pets’ nutrition and behavior knowledge (steps for pet) You have a first experience in customer relations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Capable of Multi-tasking and being autonomous while working remotely Attention to details, flexible and willing to learn new ways of work and technologies Availability to work fully remote on rotative shifts between Monday to Saturday, 8am to 9pm (40h/week) We offer.
Direct contract Competitive salary and annual bonus according to your performance.
