The problem persists on both the Android version and the Web app.
It appears to be an API error originating from my backend service, which is Firebase.

- Diagnose and rectify the sign-up issue in the Flutter application.
- Ensure the fix is applicable to both the Android app and the Web version.
- Provide a brief explanation of the error and the solution implemented.

- Extensive experience with Firebase as a backend service.
- Strong debugging skills, particularly in identifying API-related issues.
