Customer Service profile experience (preferable) Very dynamic and proactive Tasks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the banks clients handling inquiries via inbound channels such as chat and email.
Assist clients with navigation on the online banking portal.
Provide excellent responsive customer service continuously seeking opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Supply information on product conditions marketing campaigns branch organization and services.
Schedule client appointments.
Process final inquiries including sending forms ordering duplicates income statements and handling PIN/TAN orders for online banking.
Implement card blocking procedures when necessary.
Mediate and escalate cases to appropriate departments like branches hotlines security centers quality management Wealth Management or other affiliates of the bank.
