EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGER TO BUILD AND LEAD A HIGH-PERFORMING SALES TEAM

For over 19 years, we have specialized in manufacturing and installing custom and standard luminous signs, indoor/outdoor waterproof LED screens, and providing complete advertising solutions.
With a 3-year warranty on all our products and a strong commitment to quality, we are expanding our operations globally.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to help us grow our business by building and leading a high-performing sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives to sell our products to clients and establish partnerships with distributors.
This is a strategic role for someone who thrives in building and managing teams, has a proven track record in sales management, and understands how to scale operations to achieve ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities.
Recruit and Build a Sales Team.
Identify and hire talented sales professionals to join the team.
Provide training and onboarding to ensure the team is fully equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
Lead and Manage the Sales Team.
Set sales targets for the team and provide clear direction to achieve goals.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and support to drive success.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment to maximize productivity.
Sales Growth.
Drive sales of our signage and LED screens to potential clients, including businesses, franchises, and retail chains.
Develop strategies for penetrating the market and increasing sales revenue.
Ensure the sales team delivers excellent customer service and builds lasting client relationships.
Develop Distributor Partnerships.
Identify and approach potential distributors (locally and globally) to expand our reach.
Negotiate and establish long-term partnerships with distributors to grow the business.
Sales Strategy and Reporting.
Design and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
Prepare detailed reports on team performance, client acquisition, and distributor relationships for management review.
Use data and insights to adjust strategies and optimize sales performance.
Requirements.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a focus on building and managing a sales team.
Strong leadership skills and a track record of driving team success in a B2B sales environment.
Exceptional ability to hire, train, and retain top sales talent.
Expertise in negotiating partnerships and closing high-value deals.
Knowledge of the signage, LED screen, or advertising industry is a major advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking and performance management.
Fluency in French is a plus but not mandatory.
