The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle of recruiting, with a focus on talent sourcing, candidate identification, networking and relationship building with potential candidates, and stakeholder partnership.
The Recruiter will work on a variety of roles including Corporate and High-Volume manufacturing roles.
Qualifications 3-5 years experience fullcycle recruiting Must be bilingual Portuguese and English; trilingual Spanish, Portuguese and English a plus Passion for recruitment and client services Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment Strong ability to work in a process-driven environment Strong communication, presentation, and diplomacy skills Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
