Customer Support Advisor (European Portuguese) Location.
Lisbon Portugal Work Schedule.
Fulltime role (40 hours per week).
Rotating shifts including nights (Monday to Sunday).
Two days off per week (rotative).
Contract Duration.
Initial 6month contract with the possibility of extension.
Compensation.
Base Salary.
870 (paid 14 times a year).
Performance Bonus.
80 for every 11 months of service.
Key Responsibilities.
Deliver outstanding customer support in European Portuguese via phone email and chat.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues by providing timely and effective solutions.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update information as needed.
Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience and ensure high service standards.
Spot opportunities for process enhancements and communicate feedback to management.
Qualifications.
Native or fluent in European Portuguese (please note that Brazilian and other South American Portuguese speakers will not be accepted).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Strong problemsolving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
