For the first month it is 100% onsite and after that 2 days in the office a week and 3 days remote in the Lisbon area.
Job Duties Dealing with customers over the phone, email, live chat and social media.
Providing customer service to clients and trying to upsell (this is a b2b role) Work to KPIs to achieve individual and team targets.
Essential Criteria Native level Dutch and English.
At least 1 year customer service experience, ideally candidates will have some sales experience Good general IT skills.
Already live in the Lisbon area and have work permission for Portugal.
* Please note this role doesn't allow working from other locations other than that stated in the advert.
