Ready to ignite your career as a Support Specialist? We are currently seeking Document Support Specialists (f/m/d) to join our client’s dynamic team in Porto.

You may be required to attend the office for specific situations; the office is situated in Porto.
Schedule.
Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, between am and 7.
pm What will be expected from you?Collaborate closely with our reputable brand and sales team to assist sellers and dealers in the buying and selling process.
onduct documentation analysis for sales processes.
ngage in active communication with sellers and buyers through various channels, including telephone, email, and online support systems.
andle other administrative tasks as required.
What do you need to have?Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level.
revious experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
roven experience in client and process management.
roficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
xceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with buyers and sellers.
trong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
vailability to work in a temporary position for about 2 months.
