Key Responsibilities.
- Conducting descriptive data analysis to derive insights and trends - Responding to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner Ideal Skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques - Excellent written communication skills in English - Prior experience in customer support, particularly via email Experience.
- Minimum 4 years in an administrative role - Prior experience in customer support and data analysis preferred - Knowledge of Indonesian market a plus as I am based here I look forward to discussing this opportunity with you.
