Poland - Hybrid Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Business Central Technical Architect to lead the technical aspects of our client's D365 BC implementation and customization projects.
As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable solutions that meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities.
Technical Leadership.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
Solution Architecture.
Design and develop complex technical solutions, including integrations, customizations, and extensions, to meet business requirements.
Data Migration.
Oversee data migration strategies, including data mapping, cleansing, and transformation, to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer.
Performance Optimization.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize system performance, and ensure scalability and reliability.
Integration Design.
Design and implement integrations with other systems and applications, using various integration technologies and APIs.
Security and Compliance.
Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance with industry regulations.
Documentation.
Create clear and concise technical documentation, including system design documents, data flow diagrams, and configuration guides.
Team Collaboration.
Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to deliver successful projects.
Required Skills and Experience.
Strong understanding of D365 Business Central architecture, data model, and development tools (AL, C/AL).
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex D365 BC solutions.
Expertise in data migration, integration, and customization techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Microsoft Certifications in D365 Business Central.
Experience with cloud technologies (Azure).
