Czech Speaking Sales Representative - Lisbon, Portugal **Salary** - **Option 1:** EUR per month + provided accommodation (12-month contract) - **Option 2:** EUR gross per month with no accommodation included Job Overview As a Czech Speaking Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with potential clients and closing sales.
Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to leads provided by the client, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful client onboarding.
The position requires a high level of dedication to managing each sales opportunity with persistence and a focus on achieving results.
Key Responsibilities - **Lead Engagement:** Initiate contact with potential accounts using leads supplied by the client.
- **Sales Negotiation:** Utilize strong negotiation skills to finalize agreements and bring new clients on board.
- **Opportunity Management:** Handle each sales opportunity with diligence, aiming to close deals effectively.
- **Process Adaptation:** Continuously adapt and refine work processes to discover the most efficient ways to secure deals.
Daily Duties - **B2B Sales:** Work alongside your team in B2B outbound sales, targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
- **Lead Conversion:** Work with a high volume of hot leads, striving for a conversion rate of 15%.
- **Sales Targets:** Aim to achieve 3-5 sales per day.
- **English Proficiency:** English is required for training, use of tools, and internal communication.
