CYBERSECURITY SUPPLIER ASSESSMENT SERVICE SUPPORT (F/M/D)

For our Cybersecurity Risk Management department, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Supplier Assessment Service Service to assess both suppliers and supplies in regards to Siemens cybersecurity requirements.
What will be your challenge? As Cybersecurity Supplier Assessment Service Expert, you are the 1st contact to our internal Siemens colleagues to familiarize them with the use of the relevant assessment platforms and tools of the service (including being the contact to our external partners) helping them to achieve their business objectives.
This includes, e.
.
explanation of functionalities, user and incident management, reporting support, data quality improvements,...).
You provide trainings for the Supplier Assessment Service and help improving the training material and keeping it up-to-date.
You ensure a timely communication regarding open questions and user management tasks.
You work very closely with internal colleagues responsible for different solutions which may need or deliver needed assessment data for reporting, tracking and development of suppliers.
You support the service manager revising protection and authorization concepts and to provide the needed handbooks and relevant documentation.
You support the business colleagues managing their supplier portfolios regarding cybersecurity maturity in an efficient way.
Use your skills to move the world forward.
You obtained a university degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a similar field of study – ideally with a focus on cybersecurity or supply chain.
You already have been a part in developing and operating a service with strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset.
You have a good understanding of cybersecurity risk management and preferably knowledge in Cybersecurity Supplier Assessments You have already gained some experience in managing data in applications and to ensure data quality.
You have strong communication skills and you are not afraid of providing trainings.
Business fluent English in speaking and writing is a prerequisite, good German or additional language skills are an advantage.
It would be beneficial if you have at least a basic knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks (e.
g.
ISO , NIST CSF,CRA, etc).
You have some experience or knowledge in business intelligence platforms, such as Power BI, as well as analytical thinking and data structuring skills.
