Job Description As a Cyber Security Risk and Awareness Expert, you will drive the development of business impact assessments, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and champion cyber security awareness and education initiatives across the organization.
You will also contribute to global cyber security projects, leveraging your creative ideas and expertise to make a meaningful impact.
In your new role you will.
* Develop and refine quantitative business impact assessment (BIA) methodologies * Moderate or facilitate BIA interviews with information asset owners * Support and train stakeholders involved in the BIA process * Improve our cyber security training and education program by raising awareness and empowering our employees by developing communication strategies, and ensuring consistent messaging across various channels * Contribute with your own creative ideas on new awareness concepts, campaigns and/or events and make a real impact by organizing, executing and/or supporting all kind of awareness activities * Participate and support cyber and information security GE projects within multinational teams Requerimientos del candidato/a.

You are best equipped for this task if you have.
* A degree in Business Informatics, Communications, Digital Learning or an equivalent qualification * At least 2 or more years of experience in cyber security, data analysis, communications or other similar experiences * An affection for analyzing data and business processes and their interrelationships * Distinct moderation or facilitation and communication skills as well as creative thinking * Understanding of human behavior and psychology * Experience in planning, developing and executing cyber security awareness campaigns * Knowledge of quantitative risk management process (e.

FAIR) is a plus * Web programming skills and/or tools like GIMP is an advantage * Fluency in English - German knowledge is a plus.
