This application should allow users to play with Stockfish, with friends, and online.
Key features should include.
- Support for tournaments and puzzles - Game analysis by Stockfish - Future updates compatibility with Stockfish - Ability to share games via PGN and positions via FEN - Implementation of membership plans - Import of chess books and pre-installed games The application should also have a timing feature for games and support for both application and web interfaces.
The ideal freelancer would have a strong background in game development and a deep understanding of chess mechanics and theories.
Experience with creating Linux compatible applications is a plus.
Creativity in design is key, as I want a unique, themed/customizable interface rather than a standard chess design.
