ManpowerGroup, the global leader in HR services, is recruiting Customer Support Assistants for a prestigious client in the tourism industry.

Responsibilities Provide customer support through chat, voice, and email, ensuring a high standard of service; Address customer inquiries regarding products and services; Manage complaints and deliver quick, effective solutions; Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the internal system; Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues; Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements.
Minimum education.
High school diploma (12th grade or equivalent); Previous experience in call center or customer service roles (preferred); Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian (Native/C2); Proficiency in English (C1); Basic computer skills and ability to work with digital tools; Availability to work rotating shifts with rotating days off (27/7); Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
