What you'll do As a Customer Support for Fashion Retail, you&#;ll assist customers issues, regarding their returns or their orders via email or phone; Help customers to register online and/or to process their orders; Deal with complaints and escalation process when necessary; Able to deal with customers with late returns and faulty goods; Liaise with shipping department over issues raised by customers, regarding either orders or returns; Liaise with Finance for any accounting enquiries and flag accounting issues raised by customers; Maintain a high level of service awareness at all time; Help customers with product enquiries.
What you'll need Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French; Fluency in English &#; B2 level (mandatory); As a Customer Support for Fashion Retail, you&#;ll need previous experience in customer service environment (preferred); Passion for fashion and trends; Capable of accessorizing and providing styling advice; Demonstrate ability to handle and resolve complaints; Help customers with product enquiries.
