We are seeking for professional and ambitious personnel who wants to live and work in Portugal.
Our main offices in Portugal are located in Lisbon and Braga, however we have people working remotely from all over the country.
We are more than employees working on different business areas, such as Service Desk and Service Management, Application and Multicloud Services, Sales and Marketing and Digital Transformation.
If you are fluent in Dutch German or French plus English B2 level we have a wonderful opportunity for you.

Your task.
To provide a single point of contact for users, dealing with the management of both routine and non-routine incidents, problems and requests.
Provision of 1st line support for incidents.
