What you will do in this role As a Customer Support Agent, you will.
You are the voice of our company – the direct link to our customers Take care of our French-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels Support competently our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service Work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants Work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing You will be part of an international and multilingual team Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you.
Fluent, verbal and written in French (C1) Advanced level of English (B2) Strong communication skills.
