Respond to customer queries phone and written channels in a timely and accurate wayProvide and clarify information to the clients regarding the nutrition of the goods for animalsOffer counselling and suggestions of positive alterations in nutrition, dietary restrictions, pet behaviors and any health issue of the consumers’ petsFollow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved What will make you successful Fluent Written and Spoken in FrenchIntermediate Written and Spoken Knowledge on English Bachelor’s degree on Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food science, or similar1 year+ Experience as a Veterinary technician or Veterinary Assistant or Customer RelationsPets’ nutrition and behavior knowledge (steps for pet)You have a first experience in customer relationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsCapable of Multi-tasking and being autonomous while working remotelyAttention to details, flexible and willing to learn new ways of work and technologiesAvailability to work fully remote on rotative shifts between Monday to Saturday, 8am to 9pm (40h/week) We offer.
