Recently, the company has expanded its offer, besides the traditional cigarettes a new type of smokeless cigarette device aiming to provide a new solution for their customers.
What you'll do As a Customer Service for Tobacco Company, youll do customer support via telephone and email; Effective support for questions, regarding the use and maintenance of the smoking device; Provision of technical support, regarding the device or the brands website; Providing information and possible troubleshooting.
What you'll need Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French; Fluency in English B2 level (mandatory); Demonstrates sympathy and empathy; As a Customer Service for Tobacco Company, youll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Team spirit; Flexibility and resilience; Fast learning capacity; Experience in telephone customer service/ call center environment (preferred).
