You will be responsible for assisting our clients in using our innovative cloud-based IoT platform for managing autonomous machines.

What You’ll Do / Need to Know.
Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Effectively resolve customer issues and questions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using ticketing systems.
Learn and accurately present information about products and services.
Manage time efficiently to ensure quick and appropriate responses.
Write clear and professional communications to resolve issues and provide guidance.
Requirements High school diploma or higher education.
At least 3 years of professional experience.
Ability to use and master customer support tools such as live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.
A good command of English and/or Spanish is a plus.
IT Skills.
Basic computer knowledge and the ability to quickly learn new platforms and software.
