Job Description About the Role We're looking for a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for our valued customers, which are some of the best renowned and iconic sports teams in the world ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience with our products and services.
You'll be responsible for managing accounts, processing orders, resolving inquiries, and building strong relationships with our clients.
What You'll Do Account Management.
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, follow-up, and fulfillment.
Customer Service.
Provide exceptional service to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product/service information.
Order Management.
Process orders efficiently, track shipments, and proactively communicate any supply chain issues or delays.
Sales Support.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals, provide price quotes, and offer product recommendations.
Process Improvement.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration.
Work closely with internal departments, including logistics, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
Qualifications Customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience liaising with high-profile brands.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in football and/or design.
Proficiency in Spanish required (written and spoken) Advanced knowledge of Portuguese and Dutch.
