What you will do in this role As a Customer Advisor, you will.
* Developing, coordinating and answering health-related questions; * Handling emails and calls from health professionals or patients about the use of certain medication * Proposing concrete solutions to improve the department and customer relations Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you.
* Have a high level of Portuguese and Spanish (oral and written) and a good knowledge of English * Have a degree in one of the following areas.
nursing, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry or biomedical - eliminatory factor; * Have an interest in scientific research; * Have good communication, organizational and time management skills.
