Funções.
- Processamento e acompanhamento de encomendas de clientes; - Análise de encomendas e articulação com os vários departamentos da empresa; - Apoio e suporte administrativo à rede de vendas; - Garantir um alto nível de satisfação do cliente por meio de um serviço proativo e personalizado.
Requisitos.
- 12º ano de escolaridade ou superior; - Inglês (fator eliminatório); - Conhecimento de Espanhol e Francês; - Domínio do Excel (preferencial) e ferramentas office e email; - Forte capacidade de comunicação, com ênfase no cliente; - Experiência e/ou conhecimento do setor têxtil ou de indústria de etiquetas (preferencial); - Determinação e facilidade de aprendizagem; - Residência em Braga.
Oferta.
- Horário - 8hh30 de 2ªf a 6ªf; - Possibilidade de integração na empresa cliente.
