Estamos a recrutar Customer Service - Italina Market (M/F) para prestigiada empresa do Setor de Serviços a Empresas, na zona de Lisboa.
A pessoa selecionada irá desempenhar as seguintes funções.
Funções.
- Contactar utilizadores que solicitam um determinado serviço (após 48 horas) ou retomar o contacto com anteriores utilizadores; - Perceber as reais necessidades dos utilizadores; - Confirmar dados da empresa; - Passar os contactos dos utilizadores aos fornecedores.
Requisitos.
- Experiência em funções similares; - Boa capacidade de comunicação; - Mentalidade de resolução de problemas; - Proatividade e capacidade de decisão rápida.
Horário.
Horário full-time de 40 horas semanais de segunda-feira a sexta-feira em regime de horário fixo com as devidas pausas previstas por lei.
Qualificações.
- Escolaridade ao nível do 12º ano.
Línguas.
- Italiano falado e escrito corretamente.
