s a customer service representative, your responsibilities and actions will be:-Addressing issues and questions from clients in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
-Resolving complaints and checking in to offer assistance that is clear and timely.-Helping clients with problems regarding online shopping and home delivery.
bout you:-You are a native German Speaker with a professional proficiency in English.-You have a work permit for Portugal or are a EU citizen.-Good analytical and reasoning skills.-Friendly, proactive and problem solving skills with challenging situations.-Some experience in telephone Customer Service or Call Center is a plus.
