What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will.
* Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries in German * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware (e.
., card readers) and software issues.
* Guide customers through the setup and usage of mPOS systems.
* Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiries Contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you.
